After the interval Valladolid began testing Alvaro Fernandez. Huesca had theirs after a clearance on Valladolid’s box. It seemed to be a give-and-take clash but with a harmless visitor side. Hidalgo’s men, full of rage, tried to bounce back, while Hugo Vallejo replaced an exhausted Obeng. Valladolid wasted as much time as possible, while the Azulgranas kept on pushing until the last of the 7 minutes of stoppage time. And although they were unable to change the result, the crowd appreciated their efforts.
